Handling API Failures
Our APIs occasionally experience outages or disruptions that can temporarily affect service availability. While these interruptions are rare – and can happen to any API – we recommend implementing robust retry logic and checking our status page or contacting support if errors persist.

Delays in Search APIs
Fello is a robust data enrichment platform that performs extensive data aggregation and background processing – particularly for property records. As a result, there may be a short delay (a few seconds) before certain details become available.
For example, when a new address is added to a contact, Fello automatically enriches the record with relevant property information such as home facts. Also, email validation status may not be immediately available and could appear shortly after the initial submission.
